Barcelona v Real Madrid 
El Classico comes at the wrong time for Barcelona in the midst of the CL semi final. Madrid are closer to them than they have been all season, thanks to Barca’s draw last weekend and their own incredible form. After losing his first game to Barcelona 2-0, Ramos has guided his side to 18 wins and one draw in La Liga. Pepe’s astonishing sending off last weekend rules him out for the season, but so too is Barca’s Marquez due to injury.
It’s a hard match to call betting wise but i feel Barca would happily take the draw, instead of backing the outright at 5-2 i’ll take value in the correct score market, as i don’t think Barca have two 0-0’s in a row in them. Sit back with a beer and enjoy it with a cheeky punt on the side for added interest.

Liverpool v Newcastle 
Form points to only one outcome in this match. Anyone who has recently watched Newcastle’s games at Spurs and at home to Portsmouth will know they are an outfit short of ideas and confidence.
More importantly though is the fact that Shearer doesn’t know what system to play, he changed formation 3 times in the first half at Spurs. Liverpool will be aware of United’s result going into the game, which has not happened for quite a few weeks. Whether its good or bad for them, they will still be focused on the 3 points. The away fixture was a mauling and the same could happen again.

Sheff United to beat Palace – A win for The Blades and they are back in the Premiership if Birmingham fail to win at Reading. Just so happens they are playing Neil Warnock’s Palace who have nothing to play for. Will he be able to sleep if his side deny his beloved boyhood team the win they need?…..
