Greatest Irish players ever to play in England?

In a follow up to ‘Greatest English League XI’ (which received a massive response - thanks), I will shortly publish a feature on the ‘Greatest Irish players’ ever to grace/influence the great English game.

   It would – can’t really argue with that though just for argument’s sake i might try and find a place for Houghton, Brady – and in time David Healy. 30 international goals in what for the best part has been a poor Irish team is not to be sniffed at

   I’d have to agree with Harry over reddevil11 at the moment. Brady has to be included, but I see your United loyalties have clouded your judgement with your exclusion of Giles & Whelan! Not sure Robbie Keane coould be considered just yet Harry. What about Quinn? Stapleton? or Aldridge?

   Remember, keep your teams coming in & there will be a write-up (feature) with team XI and explanation, when we have received enough teams/votes/posts.
